Shipping Policy:

In order to provide you with the best prices, books are stocked at locations throughout the United States. While we at Nileliniel Books will make every attempt to utilize the shipping method you request, this is not always possible. We reserve the right to select a comprable service (i.e. shipping via USPS Priority Mail vs. UPS 2nd Day Delivery, etc.) if the primary service requested is not available. Occasionally, through circumstances out of our control, we are unable to ship books as you have requested. In this instance, we will contact you to appraise you of the shipping problem and your options before we complete and ship your order.

For your convenience, we offer several different shipping methods including:

United Parcel Service:
UPS 2nd Day Air - offers substantial savings over next day service, but still allows you to receive your package within 1- 2 days.

UPS Ground - reliable delivery with up-to-date tracking included, typically arrives in 4-7 days.

UPS Next Day Air - guaranteed delivery by the end of business the next business day (Monday - Friday).

UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery - guaranteed delivery by the end of business on Saturday.

United States Postal Service:
USPS Express Mail - guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery by noon or 3 pm to most destinations.

USPS First Class - only available for packages weighing less than 13 ounces, usually arrives in 1-3 days.

USPS Media Mail - the most cost effective way to mail books, but it is also the slowest. It usually takes 4-14 days (in the lower 48 states, depending on location) for your book(s) to arrive. It can take up to 6 weeks for your books to arrive in Alaska or Hawaii.

USPS Priority Mail - available for packages weighing more than 13 ounces, usually arrives in 2-3 days.



International Shipping: We are pleased to offer our services to international countries, but we also would like to ensure that you get the best price for your shipping. Due to the many different countries and delivery options available, you MUST email me for a shipping quote to complete your order - you will not be able to check out using the shopping cart. Also, please keep in mind that quick delivery may not be available on all titles. On occasion, we will need to collect your books from warehouses throughout the United States and consolidate them before they are shipped to you to provide you lower shipping charges (an extra surcharge may apply). If you need your books by a certain date, please email your request and we will respond as soon as possible.

Some of our international shipping methods include:

USPS Global Airmail - available for all packages shipped to participating countries, usually arrives in 4-10 days.

USPS Global Economy - slow, but the most economical regarding pricing, available for all packages shipped to participating countries, usually arrives in 4-6 weeks.

USPS Global Priority - available for packages shipped to participating countries that weigh less than 4 pounds and can fit in the global priority flat rate envelope, usually arrives in 4-7 days.



Returns Policy:

If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Nileliniel Books, please feel free to return your purchase within 30 days. We will issue a full refund, less shipping & handling, for books and other items that are returned in brand new, unused condition. This means that books do not show any shelfwear, creasing or other marks. If your returned books show use and/or shelfwear, we will still refund a portion of your purchase (determined by status of book and value in resale market).
